Design principles
We will discuss project management based on the actual issues, you experience in your actual projects in order to match methods and behaviour. There will be a little theory and a lot of discussion. You will be planning your own projects and handling issues. We will meet 5 days with an interval of 2-3 weeks enabling us to address the everyday situations (challenging as well as successful).
During the course we will introduce you to a language, method and tool that focuses on human behavior in organizations. It is called DISC and is one of the world’s most popular personality profile tools, partly because it is very easy to use. It is a valuable mindset to have as a project manager.
Add on
In connection with the course, you can purchase an individual profile to help you learn more about yourself and how your individual behavioral profile looks and interacts with others. If you purchase this individual profile, you will receive a link with access to questions that you must answer (it takes approximately 12-15 minutes). Afterwards you will have a feedback interview with a DISC certified consultant.
The price for this is 4.000 kroner + VAT (for the profile and the individual feedback).
